[64studio-users] upgrade issues

well I don't have the broadcom card and don't need it. however this
was included as part of the 64studio metapackage and will not upgrade
the metapackage and is now causing problems with installing ardour2.
for some reason the same error involving bcm43 is not letting ardour2
install through apt.

i haved followed all directions and tried all files suggested by free
but still cannot get aorund this. again I don not even have a broadcom
card so is there any other work around so I can fix this?
