This is not grub anymore. Grub has passed along the parameters to the
initrd kernel which is what is not finding /dev/hdb1

Are the drives PATA or SATA?
Also, where does /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.21-1-multimedia-amd64 live? On which
partition and disk?
