Actually I do know that the planet CCRMA repositorties had qmidiarp
recently and probably still does. I used it like a year ago on Fedora
Core 4 if I remember correctly. you could probably try to get the RPM
from there and maybe use alien or something to convert (not sure if it
will work) to a deb package. might be worth a shot. hope this helps
