Curious. When I installed V2.0 it also failed to correctly recognise
the monitor, but in my case it left me with a 640x480 display only :(
I got round it initially by editing xorg.config setting a generic
monitr and sensible scan rates, then later by copying across the old
monitor details from V1.0 which were correct.
