Hi Free,

JACK does not show up in the Audacity 1.3.5 beta playback or recording 
device options under settings. Playback worked with OSS using my onboard 
sound connected to cheap computer speakers, which I don't use for 
anything more than web surfing.

I do have JACK up and running. Closing Audacity did nothing to JACK.

I'm using jackd 0.103.0 from 64Studio 2.1 AMD 64.
