 Clicking the edit button on an instrument strip in Qsampler causes an
 error message. The linuxsampler plugins directory exists in
 /usr/lib/linuxsampler/plugins but even though gigedit is installed, there
 is no gigedit plugin in that directory. Solution detailed here:
