I've got a different problem with flashplugin-nonfree on the AMD64 
testing branch today:

flashplugin-nonfree: Depends: ia32-libs-gtk but it is not going to be 
installed
Depends: nspluginwrapper (>= 0.9.91.4-3) but it is not going to be installed

I think the problem is ultimately related to this slight version mismatch:

libc6-i386: Depends: libc6 (= 2.3.6.ds1-13etch2) but 2.3.6.ds1-13etch4 
is to be installed
