Will do.

The author Frank Wen asserts copyright of all the samples, which are 
either public domain or edited / recorded himself. So basically, the 
package just needs a sponsor and we'll see if Toby can get it past the 
Debian ftp-masters. It's looking good so far.

I'm going to see if I can sort out the mimetype recognition for SF2 and 
SFARK file formats. Any idea which package provides mimetype definitions 
& therefore against which I should file the bug?

Henrique Holschuh complained about Timidity's continuing dependency on 
Freepats. Would it be worth hassling Joost to change that dependency? Or 
is there good reason for keeping it in place?
