 Confirmed, bcm43xx-fwcutter is still broken, but the driver is now
 deprecated in favour of b43:

 http://bcm43xx.berlios.de/

 However, b43 isn't in the mainline kernel until 2.6.24.

 We could try a newer version of bcm43xx-fwcutter from Sid contrib, but I
 never found the old driver very reliable with a 4318 chipset anyway.

 The linuxwireless.org site, home to the b43 driver, has disapeared, I'm
 investigating.
