Hi Daniel and All,

I would find it helpful if there was a table of contents with links to 
all the pages. And a TOC in the first page of each section, so that if 
you navigate "up" you can get to a list of links for that topic.

Tim, my apologies, I haven't read it other than navigating through it. 
I'm more interested in the music apps for the moment. But I think it's 
really cool that you are putting this together!
