If GNOME-2.20 uses Orca rather than Gnoper by default, then we can at 
least consider this fixed upstream. I think it's reasonable to simply be 
aware of this issue for now and not fix for the time being. If someone 
flags up an actual usability issue or other Desktop issues add weight, 
then we should consider action.
