Ardour is 2.0.5 in testing... Just upgrade to it...  I think qjackctl is 
updated as well!

The advantages of using jackdmp is still limited as there are not many 
multi threaded sounds apps written yet.  Even so, jack itself uses 
minimal processing power and the applications are shared between the 
cores.  You should be ok by using jackd only for now!
