[64studio-devel] M-Audio Axiom transport controls

I am trying to get the transport buttons on my M-Audio Axiom to work
with Ardour (though it would be nice to know how to connect them to
Rosegarden or to Jack).

As a midi keyboard/drumpad this thing just worked out of the box.
