[64studio-devel] Upgrade Issues with back end services

SOLVED:
I had to restart completely after running "sudo /usr/sbin/64studio-config new"
It turns out libnet-dbus-perl was already installed. Not sure why I
was 404'ed instead of apt-get telling me that it was already
installed.
aaaanyway...
