 we are missing a valuable little helper in the Linuxsampler family.
 Gigedit is a quite new GIGa sample editor that allows you to edit sample
 banks, and create new ones.  There is a button in QSampler that can invoke
 gigedit to change a sample when you can actually listen to it.

 I see that linuxsampler and Qsampler is already at the latest version, and
 I compiled gigedit from source.  It seems to work well.

 Please include for a next version of 64Studio
