[64studio-devel] Possible 1.3.1 release

Free, Daniel,

I've used 1.3.7/8 in the past few days for softsynth playing, to record
audio, to mix and to burn to CD.

This is the first time I have ever done this activity, and everything worked
first time; nothing in 64studio gave any problem.

Latency has not been an issue at all, despite my very low spec home system.

I'm finding 1.3.8 to be very stable and feel it contains an excellent
selection of tools by default.

Thanks and congratulations to you both and to all other contributors!

best wishes
steve~
