This happen because the default repository of the 1.3.0 is the stable
one, from the 1.0 release. If you want to stay in sync with the
testing branch just uncomment this line in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/64studio.list:
#deb http://apt.64studio.com/64studio/testing 64studio main
