That is a know bug in the sysv-rc-bootsplash upgrade script :/

Try the following 

rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/sysv-rc-bootsplash.prerm
rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/sysv-rc-bootsplash.postinst

and then apt-get -f install, it should fix the problem.
