Hello,

for getting Flash to work people usually recommend the 32 bit trick 
which consists of installing a 32 bit firefox and than the adobe flash 
plugin. It works fine for me but involves some wrestling :

Yesterday someone recommended me another flash replacement, swf-player 
which is in the Debian repositorys but I didn't tried yet...
