 If you go into setup, under the misc tab, if you uncheck "Keep child
 windows always on top," then Qjackctl behaves normally. I'd make this a
 default. I also checked "Enable system tray icon" as this is probably not
 an app that you need to see when you're working on a project, after you've
 started it.
