Let's not forget that ext3 is journalling, and FAT32 is not, so your
data is safer from sudden power losses with ext3. FAT filesystems
fragment faster than a rock band fighting over a psycho girlfriend. And
Microsoft claims patents on FAT32, which if they started enforcing
against GNU/Linux distributions, we would have to remove support for.
So I agree with Quentin - use ext3 :-)
