Hi mmmmna,

Just because they were first.  Because some people still call any vacuum 
cleaner a "hoover".  Thats why.

In a weird twist, Intel started to follow AMD in their naming 
conventions.  We always had "Intel compatible" AMD.  Now we have AMD 
compatible Intel.

As long as you don't start with "MS compatible 64 Studio" you should be OK!
