The guys will need more info.
1. Make and model of your MotherBoard
2. Model of your NIC (specially if it is not onboard)
3. Where exactly is the snag? Not detecting interface? Interface
detected but not working?
This may only be the beginning, but they will tell you what to do to get
additional info they need.
