[64studio-devel] Nvidia + JACK

Hi,

I'm a totally newbie in music composing in Linux, but I'm strugling with my
computer to get 64studio working. I don't know if this is the right place to
get help, but I'm having serious problems with NVidia driver.

Is there any Nvidia drivers for 64Studio? If I use Debian repositories and
boot the Debian kernel, it works perfectly. But if I boot the 64studio
kernel, I can only get X started with vesa driver.

I'm also a newbie to this "Jack" concept. So, messing around with my brand
new 64studio, I found out that when I start it through that Jack rack I get
some sound from Hydrogen, but it is VERY NOISY! When I set Hydrogen to
connect to ALSA, the quality is better BUT I have sound only on the right
speaker.

Thanks a lot, and I hope I'm not posting in the wrong place.

BTW, I have a M2NPV-VM Asus motherboard, using onboard audio and video.
