[64studio-devel] jack-rack midi

I can see jack-rack in the midi connections window, just can't make it work.
I connect output ports of usb x-session to jack rack 0:control. Then
right click on a slider in jack rack and "add midi control". It sets
index=1, midi channel=1 and midi controller=1. When I move my midi
knob 1 and nothing happens. I find it strange that jack-rack midi
channel can only go up to 16.
