Hi all,
since a few days we have no more release critical tickets:
http://trac.64studio.com/64studio/report/3
so theoretically we are in a releasable state. However we might want
to close a few more tickets before actually tag the 2.0 version. In my
opinion the most important pending issues are:
#333: this has been tested by Steve and I think it can be close
#299: this bug should be re-tested against kernel 2.6.21
#281: this shall be re-tested as well, we upgraded lot of thins recently
#287: this will probably won't be fixed by 2.0, unless alsa 1.0.14 solves it
#336: I'll short post a "Starting Jack by default" proposal
#347: i can't reproduce this one
#349: if it is a show stopper, let's simply remove freewheeling for now
#334: i can't reproduce this one, do you start qjack AFTER gnome has fully started
I think after we either close or postpone the tickets above, we are
ready to be out. What do you guys say?
Ciao,
Free
