Hi,
I've just upgraded to 2.0~pre2.
I have still the same problem with qjactl.
To anwer your first question, I rebooted after the installation of the
kernel package. I checked my group file, and my user is in the audio group.

I had a problem during upgrade from 1.4.2 to 2.0~pre2: samba has a
dependency error
"samba depend on samba-common 3.0.24-6 but 3.0.24-6etch4 is installed". If
I try to force the version of samba to 3.0.24-6etch4, I obtain this log:
"le sous-processus nouveau script pre-removal a retourné une erreur de
sortie d'état 102"

If you need more information feel free to ask.
