I have tried it and it remains the same. Still does not work at high 
sample rates. I did a little more playing around: jack does work at 96k 
when using the dummy driver but does not with alsa.

I have copies the jack message log produced when attempting to connect 
to alsa at 96k. Please find it attached. It does not tell me a great 
deal.
