So we have only about two applications which are not jack-aware,
that's why I would find it easier to try make them work with jack (or
let them be wrapped by a warning script like "You have to turn jack
off to run this application") rather than the opposite, i.d. changing
the N .desktop entries of the jack-aware packages (which would also
make use diverge from debian).
