Comment:

 You may want to try (re-running) this command as root:

 /usr/sbin/64studio-config new

 It should revert /etc/qt3/qjackctlrc at the default 64studio version, you
 may also want to move away  the .qt/qjackctlrc in your home, as it may
 interfer with the default.
