64studio's libmad package is a dummy package to fool some applications
into working.  64-s only has a licence for the Fluendo mpeg codecs

Check out the following thread:
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.distributions.64studio/590/match=mp3

This means you can install the one from Debian, and then the dev file
should install.
