 I can only get fmit to segfault on startup occasionally - it doesn't
 happen every time. Starting with ALSA or Jack seems to make a difference;
 with ALSA it never segfaults, with Jack it segfaults about one time in
 ten. Is that roughly the same as what you're seeing?
