I wouldn't worry about that just yet, it does look like we've done 
something wrong, or there's a bug in the Debian package of swh-plugins.

I do remember seeing some sub-sonic noise coming from the triple band 
parametric plugin recently, but because I couldn't hear it, I didn't 
worry too much :-) I worked around it by setting the low shelf frequency 
no lower than 20 or 30Hz.
