The new jack-rack package will need to be rebuilt or re-uploaded to 
check against #281, the new ticket #360 should be an easy fix.

I think we could work on the other outstanding tickets for an interim 
maintenance release, version 2.1 for example. I believe the advantages 
of running Etch and having all the new packages outweigh the bugs 
remaining, and most of these are present in 1.0 anyway.
