[64studio-devel] 64studio 1.4.0 not booting properly after installing from a cd

It sounds like you might be suffering from the SATA bug in 1.4.0, where 
/dev/sdb1 sometimes gets confused with /dev/hdb1 - it's been tricky to 
pin down.

Please try the freshly-baked master install image:

and let us know if you still have the problem.
