 Now in Debian testing, but non-free:

 http://packages.debian.org/testing/graphics/xaralx

 Apparently the issue is a non-free library called CDraw. It is due to be
 released under the GPL, but there is no timetable for that yet, so for the
 time being Xara LX may not be legally redistributable. I've emailed the
 upstream developers.
