[64studio-devel] 64 Studio 1.1.0 is out for testing

Hi all,

I've prepared a test 1.1.0 release, which is meant to  be the first of
the testing  releases   which will   lead   to  the next  stable   2.0
release. If  you want to  stick to stable  version please just use the
actual 1.0.0.

Said this, the new  1.1.0 release is just  an update of the 1.0.0 one,
sporting the new 2.6.19 kernel I've packaged, see this changelog:

Hopefully this will fix the boot problem reported in

http://www.64studio.com/ticket/256

You  can dist-upgrade  from a plain   1.0.0 install using the  testing
repository:

deb http://apt.64studio.com/64studio/testing 64studio main

Note that   the upgrade    works   only with   the amd64   version, as
unfortunately the i386 version was shipped  without the kernel upgrade
package, so for i386 you have also to type:

apt-get install linux-image-2.6-486

Of course both dist-upgrade and apt-get install  can be performed with
synaptic, it makes no difference.
