[64studio-devel] request for nohid boot option

Greetings:
I have a machine with dead PS/2 ports, but its USB ports are alive and
well. However, when I attempt to install 64Studio (or almost anything
else) my keyboard control disappears as soon as I press Enter at the
boot prompt.
Fortunately I can still access the machine by using a recent Dynebolic
live disc. If I boot with "linux nohid" Dynebolic will bypass the HID
stuff and my keyboard works.
The problem is common, I searched Google and found many references to it
but few solutions. So far, only the Dynebolic disc can get me into the
machine, and it would be most helpful (for others too, I think) if
64Studio offered a similar boot option.
Best,
dp
