I see, this bug is then definitely  connected with the realtime patch,
rather then the gcc version.  The rt patch modifies  many parts of the
kernel,  and in   particular  code related  with   the scheduler  (and
therefore the semaphores  function as well). It is  clear that  the rt
patch make some changes which prevent rt2570 to compile.

because now we are  aware of the  bug  and can  check  it in  the next
