I heard that 2.6.20-RT fixes this, but I haven't tested it myself yet. 
It's unlikely that we'll be shipping 2.6.19 in 64 Studio 2.0, because 
our experimental 2.6.19 package gave me a kernel oops when I tried to 
use a USB audio interface last week. That'll teach me to run a 
development version on my laptop :-)
