[64studio-devel] problem running 64studio on laptop

hi there all
wanted to try 64studio for long time now and so when i got my new core2duo laptop i have quickly downloaded and installed 64studio but it doesnt boot...
first thing it freezes for few minutes on:
udevd-event[1571]: run-program: '/sbin/modprobe' abnormal exit (the number is not always 1571)
after few minutes it continues and it freezes again on:
begin: waiting for root file system
than it drops to busybox saying something about cant find /dev/sda3 on which is the root partition for 64studio

the hardware is: core2duo t5500, sata hd (sda1-winxp, sda2-ubuntu, sda3-64studio), onboard intel graphics, 2gb ram
if anyone knows how i can get it working than please advise...
