Hi Larry,

We now have a 1.1.1 development release out which should solve the 
problem with your Ethernet chipset. You can get the iso image and md5sum 
here:

http://apt.64studio.com/64studio/

Choose the image with the .amd64.iso extension for a 64-bit CPU (which 
I'm guessing you have, because your motherboard is recent).
