 Did a fresh 64 studio 2.0 install, then tried compile kernel module for
 ATI driver but ends with "FATAL: modpost: GPL-incompatible module fglrx.ko
 uses GPL-only symbol  '__rcu_read_unlock' "

 Googling around i read its a problem with 2.6.21 kernels so i update to
 2.6.22-1 kernel in 64 studio testing with the same results.

 Any ideas?
