[64studio-devel] 64studio 1.4.0 not booting properly after installing from a cd

As I sent to Free already, it does the same with the latest master
release with 2.6.22 kernel than with the rest of the releases.
Interesting part is that I installed a brand new copy of ubuntu with
xfce, and it works flawlessly. After a tiny bit of conffing I actually
got my NIC to work too.
Question: What does Ubuntu do right, and what does 64Studio do wrong?
