What surprises me is that the dialog shows at all. It looks like hitting 
the Power-off button is calling a non-interactive software shutdown 
process which is unnecessarily calling the dialog. So long as the 
interaction with the dialog works correctly when you Shut Down properly 
from the menu, then you can probably safely ignore this.
