I installed 64studio 2.0 and it said it couldn't find my ethernet
card....I proceeded with the install and it installed ok except no
ethernet for internet :-(
I have a Ethernet controller: SysKonnect SK-9871 V2.0 Gigabit Ethernet
1000Base-ZX Adapter, PCI64, Fiber ZX/SC (rev 10)
I've had to drop back to the 2.6.19-1-multimedia-486 kernel which has
support for the above adaptor although when I installed 64studio 1.4
which used this kernel it too told me it didn't have support for it but
it worked.
Not sure why the kernel has dropped support for this ethernet controller
but hope it'll get back in there in the next kernel release....
Which leads me to ask, is this something the 64studio team has done or
is it something the kernel development team have done??
