Yes, first download the linux-image package from here (for a 32-bit CPU):

wget 
http://apt.64studio.com/custom/pool/main/l/linux-2.6/linux-image-2.6.19-1-multimedia-486_2.6.19-1_i386.deb

Then (as root) type this:

dpkg -i linux-image-2.6.19-1-multimedia-486_2.6.19-1_i386.deb

If you are already running our earlier 2.6.19-1 package it will give you 
a warning about installing the same version. Hit the OK prompt (you may 
need to use the Tab key to highlight it) and wait for the installation 
to complete, then reboot.

Please let us know if SMP is now enabled, after the reboot. You should 
see two CPUs in 'top' after hitting the '1' key. Both CPUs should be 
listed if you do:

cat /proc/cpuinfo
