Thanks for the report, I've uploaded jackd 0.103.0 to debian and it
should soon appear on unstable, we will include it in the next release
of 64 Studio as well.

The freebob version in debian is currently 1.0.0, is that not enough
to get your hardware working?

And finally what you need exactly with firewire modules? The
libraw1394 library?
