Mhh, we seem to use different hydrogen's, then. I don't doubleclick (it 
also sounds like that if I'm activating a sample by keyboard) and I'm 
sure it plays the sample four times.
I've got a mixed system, 64studio and Debian Etch - maybe I've got the 
wrong version installed. My hydrogen's version is 0.9.3-2.
