Exactly.

If you have run dist-upgrade in the last 10 days or so using the
sources.list you posted in your mail, then you have installed a number
of new packages from lenny, upgrading your existing etch-based 64
studio.

Now what happened today is probably that you run dist-upgrade once
more and you got the lastet version of the package 64studio-apt, which
is sporting a new file, /etc/apt/preferences, which sets the priority
of the 64 Studio repository as the highest one. This will be the
default in the 2.0 release, to ensure that the user doesn't break the
system by erroneously upgrading (I was told by a user that this
happened to him..). You should modify that file only if you really
know what you do.
